Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Custom Metal Fabricator & TIG Welder for a 4x10, 2nd shift in West Bend/Jackson, WI. You will perform precision TIG and MIG welding, read complex blueprints, and set up equipment to meet ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years TIG and MIG welding in a job shop or custom fabrication.
• Advanced blueprint literacy and understanding of weld symbols.
• Stable work history with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate cranes/forklifts.
• US citizen or Green Card holder in commuting range of West Bend/Jackson, WI.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-precision TIG and MIG welds on custom fabrications.
• Read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and weld symbols.
• Set up welding machines, adjust parameters to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Layout, fit-up, and assembly of sheet metal and structural components.
• Move weldments using cranes and forklifts; maintain a safe shop environment.
• Collaborate with team to optimize custom job runs.
