Accounting Search is seeking an experienced Custom Metal Fabricator & TIG Welder for a 2nd shift in West Bend, WI. The role features a 4x10 schedule (Mon-Thu, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM) with guaranteed long weekends, and a path to performance-based raises and profit sharing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years TIG/MIG welding experience, strong blueprint literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Local commuting distance to West Bend/Jackson is required.

Formación

• 5+ years TIG/MIG welding experience in a job shop or custom fabrication setting.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and weld symbols.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality with strong work history.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and operating cranes/forklifts.
• Stable multi-year tenures with previous employers and US work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welds on custom fabrications for medical, printing and packaging.
• Interpret engineering prints and weld symbols to ensure 100% part accuracy.
• Set up and adjust welding machines, parameters, and gas mixtures to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Layout, fit-up, and assemble sheet metal and structural components prior to welding.
• Move and position weldments using cranes and forklifts along the shop floor.
• Collaborate with team to resolve design challenges and optimize runs.
