Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector seeks a Tier II Network Technician (NE2) to support a government customer site in El Segundo, CA. The role requires office presence 5 days per week and a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. You will install and maintain LAN/WAN devices and respond to incidents, working with Tier III on complex projects.

Qualifications

Experience in network troubleshooting and field support.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN devices and routing protocols.
Familiarity with network documentation tools (Visio, CAD).

Responsibilities

Install and maintain client LAN/WAN devices at government site.
Respond to incidents and coordinate with the team to resolve issues.
Draft and implement standard network change requests.
Coordinate with Tier III for incidents and projects.
Update topology drawings and asset records; perform IOS upgrades.
