Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Tier 2 Network Engineer in McLean, Virginia, to provide support for enterprise networks. The position requires office presence for at least 5 days per week and a strong knowledge of networking and security measures.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including a background in LAN/WAN systems. Compensation ranges from $89,200 - $137,917 with extensive benefits including health coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Total of 10 years of applicable experience combining degree and work history.
• Experience can include: High School and 10 years work, Associate’s and 8 years, Bachelor's and 6 years, Master's and 4 years, or PhD and 0 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support to organization’s LAN, WAN, and other data communications systems.
• Plan and implement network security measures to protect data.
• Review user requests for network upgrades to assess impact and provide guidance.
• Apply IT skills in analysis and integration of IM applications.
