A high level of troubleshooting and ticketing experience is required, along with security clearances and federal sector familiarity.

The role requires office presence in McLean, VA, with salary between $89,200 and $207,900 USD annually.

Qualifications

• Advanced networking qualifications including MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and LDP.
• Strong understanding of OSI model and routing protocols.
• Experience with network management tools and incident/ticket systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 support to the Network Operations Center (NOC).
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN and data communications systems.
• Identify network risks and mitigate them with concrete plans.
• Troubleshoot and fault-isolate IT business systems.
• Support diverse telecommunications requirements (LAN/MAN/WAN/Voice/Video).
