Job summary

Qualifications

• Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph required.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 compliance required.
• Extensive experience across Layer 1-3 networking.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and support flexible hours.
• Strong Visio, ServiceNow, and Confluence skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the customer’s computer data communications systems.
• Provide design specifications, testing, and inspections for computer networks.
• Plan and implement network upgrades.
• Analyze and organize hardware/software solutions through network modeling.
• Support installation and maintenance of client LAN/WAN devices.
• Respond to incidents and communicate with the team.
• Complete tasks within SLOs/SLAs.
• Draft and implement standard network change requests.
• Assist Tier III engineers with incident management and projects.
