Qualifications

• Experience with LAN/WAN installation and maintenance.
• Ability to draft and maintain network baselines and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Support the installation and maintenance of the client LAN/WAN devices.
• Create and maintain an up-to-date record of all system components (hardware and software).
• Respond to and resolve incident tickets.
• Draft and implement standard network change requests.
• Coordinate with Configuration Management stakeholders.
• Configure and troubleshoot layer 2 switching (VLANs, Port Security).
