Job summary
Leidos is seeking a Tier II Network Technician to support client LAN/WAN devices, perform incident response, and implement network changes. Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with poly.
- Experience level: 10 years combined work and education as detailed in the requirements.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Flexible hours including weekend support.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco and/or Juniper networks, routers, switches.
- Experience with Layer 1–3 networking concepts and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Support installation and maintenance of client LAN/WAN devices.
- Respond to incidents and troubleshoot; communicate with the team.
- Complete tasks within SLOs/SLAs.
- Draft and implement standard network change requests.
- Support Tier III network engineers on incidents and projects.
- Perform topology updates and asset inventory management.
- Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
