Job summary

Lyra Technology Group is seeking a full-time Tier II Support Engineer to join our IT team at one of our client sites in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining computer systems, and delivering both remote and on-site support.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years as a Tier 2 IT engineer, strong customer service and communication skills, and experience with Azure, 365 administration, networking, and printers troubleshooting.
