Job summary

Lyra Technology Group's portfolio company Tech-Keys is seeking an Experienced Tier 2 IT Engineer to join their IT team at a client headquarters. You will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, maintain computer systems, and provide remote and onsite support.

The role requires 2+ years in IT engineering or a customer-facing role, Windows and Linux knowledge, networking familiarity, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. On-call after hours may be required.

About The Position

One of our operating companies, Tech-Keys, is looking for an Experienced Tier 2 IT Engineer to join their team! The successful candidate will work out of one of our clients headquarters as part of an IT team to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, maintain computer systems, and provide remote and onsite support. They should be comfortable with quickly adapting to new technologies and working both independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT engineering and/or customer facing
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with networking concepts and tools

Expected Outcomes

• Resolve technical issues in both a remote and on-site environment
• Interact with members of client headquarters, including high level executives
• Provide the best possible solution to clients
• Maintaining clear communication with clients
• Keeping assigned tickets organized and updated
• Periodic assignment of afterhours on-call support

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $70K / Year, based on experience
