Job summary

Lyra Technology Group’s Lazorpoint unit in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking an experienced IT Project Engineer to lead and deliver complex IT projects for mid-market clients. This fully onsite role requires strong client presence, technical judgment, and the ability to work across Microsoft platforms and hybrid infrastructure.

You will manage projects end-to-end, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with client teams to design, implement, and optimize computing, virtualization, and security

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering IT projects for MSPs.
• Deep hands-on with Microsoft platform (AD, Azure, M365, Windows Server).
• Proven ability to lead projects from scoping to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess requirements and propose solutions.
• Lead project teams or act as senior engineer on engagements.
• Manage projects across Microsoft platforms, cloud, virtualization, networking, storage, backup, and security.
• Mentor junior team members and raise the technical bar.
• Travel to local client sites as needed.
