Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.

• Ability to travel up to 20% and work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain client LAN/WAN devices.
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot, coordinating with the team.
• Meet SLOs/SLAs for tasks.
• Draft and implement standard network change requests.
• Support Tier III engineers on projects and incidents.
• Maintain configuration management and asset records.
• Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
• IOS upgrades for Cisco, Juniper, Brocade, Foundry OS.
• Experience with Visio, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
• Up to 10% COMSEC responsibilities as needed.
