Job summary

Signature Federal Systems, LLC is seeking a Tier II Network Technician to support design, testing, and upgrades of client networks. You will analyze hardware/software solutions and perform network modeling to optimize LAN/WAN performance.

Responsibilities include incident resolution, change requests, and collaborating with Tier III engineers on site surveys and equipment installation. Travel up to 20% and commitments to flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Required TS/SCI CI clearance.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 compliance required.
• 10 years of combined work history and education.
• Willing to travel up to 20% and work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and maintenance of client LAN/WAN devices.
• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot, and communicate with team.
• Complete tasks within SLOs/SLAs and draft change requests.
• Provide Tier III support for incident management and projects.
• Update topology drawings and asset records; conduct inventory.
• Coordinate network operations including upgrades and maintenances.
