Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector in El Segundo, CA seeks a Tier II Network Technician to support government client LAN/WAN, design specs, testing, and upgrades. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph and 10+ years experience, plus DoD 8140 IAT Level 2.

Qualifications

TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
10 years of experience or an equivalent combination of work history and education.
Travel up to 20% of the time.
Flexible hours, including weekend support.
Valid driver’s license and eligible to drive an AT&T vehicle.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain client LAN/WAN devices.
Respond to incidents, troubleshoot, and communicate with the team.
Complete tasks within SLOs/SLAs.
Draft and implement standard network change requests.
Support Tier III engineers for incidents and projects.
Perform configuration management and update topology drawings/asset records.
Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs, or upgrades (Cisco/Juniper equipment).
