QBE, LLC is seeking an experienced Deskside Technician (RKB) with TS/SCI clearance for an onsite role at Quantico, VA. You will act as the Tier II expert for end-user computing, imaging, printing, and classroom technology across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS environments, determining resolution strategies and ensuring security compliance.

You will deploy workstation configurations, assess security posture after deployment, and craft knowledge articles to prevent recurring issues.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience (an additional 4 years of related experience may be substituted for the degree).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (favorably adjudicated T5/T5R).
• Must possess and maintain a current DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level I baseline certification prior to performing cybersecurity-related duties.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise discretion with limited supervision.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or Tier II end-user support in an enterprise environment.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11, printers/MFDs, Microsoft 365, AD/GP, and network connectivity.
• Experience with enterprise imaging and endpoint management tools (MECM/SCCM, Intune) and with disk encryption (BitLocker).
• Experience working tickets in an enterprise ITSM platform to SLA and documenting resolutions.

Aufgaben

• Tier II Diagnostics: diagnose complex hardware/software/network issues and determine resolution strategy.
• Secure Configuration: ensure configurations meet baseline and STIG requirements and apply corrections.
• Deployments & Refresh: plan and execute workstation deployments and data migration with security posture validation.
• Printers & MFDs: troubleshoot printers and coordinate vendor actions as needed.
• Classroom Readiness: ensure training centers and classrooms are ready for sessions and resolve issues in real time.
• Cybersecurity Impact: assess security impact of changes and provide POA&M artifacts.
• Root-Cause Prevention: analyze trends and publish knowledge articles to improve lower tiers.
• Lifecycle & Closure: manage hardware lifecycle and document ticket closure.
