Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks a Lead Network Engineer to support the Executive Airlift Communications Network (EACN) at Joint Base Andrews, MD. citizens with TS/SCI clearance and a DoD-focused background, plus certifications (CCNA, Network+). A Bachelor's degree is required; Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must have and be able to maintain TS/SCI clearance.
• DoDD 8140.03 Cyberspace Workforce Qualification and Management Program.
• CompTIA Network Plus (Network+) certification.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in DoD.

Responsibilities

• Provide Network Tier 2 support to SLC3S-A and associated operations (MAF, NAOC, E-4B).
• Support EACN A2G2 gateways, SIL, and GSOC environments.
• Configure and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure and replace EOL hardware/software as required.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and upgrade EACN networks on classified and unclassified systems.
• Adhere to STIGs, DISA standards, and security compliance reporting to government engineers and ISSM.
