Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks a Senior Network Engineer for on-site support at Scott Air Force Base, Belleville, IL, to support the Executive Airlift Communications Network (EACN) under the DHS. The role focuses on Tier 3 operations for high-security government networks and involves integration across multiple gateways and labs.

The candidate will perform network analysis, design services, configuration management, and hands-on installation/support for A2G2 environments.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 10+ years of DoD network experience.
• Preferred Master’s degree in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide Network Tier 3 support for SLC3S-A and related aircraft ops.
• Engineer and optimize EACN gateways and SIL performance.
• Assist in configuration, change management, and documentation per EACN guidance.
• Support on-site deployment, testing, and maintenance at SAFB in Belleville, IL.
