Job summary

Astor & Sanders Corporation in Reston, VA is seeking a Tier 2 Windows/Mac Support technician to provide hands-on hardware and software support for desktops and laptops. You will configure printers, install images, apply BIOS updates, and assist users with file shares and permissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related IT support experience.
• 6 months vocational tech cert (CompTIA A+ Apple support) preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a creative self-starter.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

The anticipated salary range for this position is $50000- 64000 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, candidate skills and education, geographical location, certifications, and business needs, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range. This salary range represents Astor's good-feine estimate of compensation for the position at the time of posting.
