Job summary

Astor & Sanders Corporation is seeking a Tier 2 Mac/Windows Support Specialist for a full-time onsite role based in Menlo Park, CA. You will provide hardware and software support for Windows and Mac desktops and laptops, configure printers and scanners, and ensure BIOS and patches are up to date.

Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of related experience and a CompTIA A+ Apple support certificate is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years related experience
• 6 months experience with a vocational technical school certificate (CompTIA A+ Apple support) preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Strong experience supporting iOS and macOS
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent documentation, collaborative and communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000-$73,000 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, candidate skills and education, geographical location, certifications, and business needs, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range. This salary range represents Astor's good-faith estimate of compensation for the position at the time of posting.
