Job summary
TEKsystems is seeking a PC Support Specialist II to provide Tier 2 technical support for desktop systems, software, and peripherals across corporate offices, distribution centers, and field locations in Goodlettsville, TN. The role focuses on ensuring end-user devices function optimally while supporting hardware refresh projects and enterprise IT initiatives.
This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension, offering onsite work and a benefits package.
Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred in computer science or IT related field.
- Certifications such as Network+, ITIL, A+, or Microsoft Fundamentals preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS and Android environments.
- Familiar with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, VPN, and Active Directory concepts.
- Experience supporting remote users and distributed teams.
