Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a PC Support Specialist II to provide Tier 2 technical support for desktop systems, software, and peripherals across corporate offices, distribution centers, and field locations in Goodlettsville, TN. The role focuses on ensuring end-user devices function optimally while supporting hardware refresh projects and enterprise IT initiatives.

This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension, offering onsite work and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in computer science or IT related field.
• Certifications such as Network+, ITIL, A+, or Microsoft Fundamentals preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS and Android environments.
• Familiar with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, VPN, and Active Directory concepts.
• Experience supporting remote users and distributed teams.

Job description

One of our clients is seeking a PC Support Specialist II to provide Tier 2 technical support for desktop systems, software, and peripherals across corporate offices, distribution centers, and field locations. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal functionality and performance of end-user devices while supporting hardware lifecycle refresh projects and enterprise IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience supporting a wide range of endpoint technologies. The position works closely with other IT teams to resolve issues, support technology deployments, and maintain a high level of service for end users.

This role will be a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
