Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent with 3 years of Information Technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Escalates system alerts to relevant teams and structures workflows for alert handling.
• Monitors systems for abnormalities affecting stability, including infrastructure, network, applications, mainframe, and DB connectivity.
• Performs remedial actions on alerts and supports status updates to stakeholders.
• Provides Tier 2 systems support and contributes to major incident responses.
• Maintains and updates system documentation for knowledge sharing and standardization.
