Responsibilities

• Escalates system alerts to relevant teams and structures workflows for alert handling.

• Performs remedial actions on alerts and supports status updates to stakeholders.
• Provides Tier 2 systems support and contributes to major incident responses.
• Maintains and updates system documentation for knowledge sharing and standardization.

B. Hunt technological systems for operational stability, as well as providing Tier 2 support through managing tickets, resolving moderately complex technical problems, and progressing alerts for critical infrastructure issues. The incumbent identifies potential impacts, contributes to major incidents, and maintains documentation for processes.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Escalates system alerts and/or failures to relevant teams; partner cross-functionally to structure workflows that enable alertsMonitors J.B.
