You will provide Tier 2 support, manage tickets, resolve moderately complex problems, and escalate critical infrastructure alerts while contributing to incident response and knowledge management. The role emphasizes documenting processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and participating in weekly mainframe and BIPS maintenance activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, Engineering or related field (or foreign equivalent) with 3 years IT experience.
• Experience supporting IT systems and operations.
• Strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Escalates system alerts and coordinates cross-functional workflows.
• Monitors systems for abnormalities affecting stability (infrastructure, network, apps, databases).
• Performs remedial actions on alerts and completes admin tasks.
• Provides Tier 2 systems support and status updates.
• Participates in Major Incident Calls and coordinates resources.
• Maintains and validates system documentation.
• Supports weekly mainframe and BIPS maintenance.
