Job summary

CA Ci—?SEC Nework Admin role with Tier 2 responsibilities is aligned with CACI's Enterprise Communications Services. This role supports NOC coordination, firmware upgrades, and network troubleshooting across LAN/WAN environments.

You will lead changes, document SOPs, and contribute to security by applying STIGs. The position emphasizes independent work, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• IAT II and CCNA certifications required.
• TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI poly.
• Familiarity with Cisco and Juniper devices.
• Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, VRF, MPLS).
• KG-175 TACLANES configuration and firmware upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approved network changes including VLAN, ACLs and port assignments.
• Perform IOS upgrades on routers and switches.
• Upgrade routing/switching equipment to ensure continued operations.
• Draft SOPs for network operations.
• Resolve network failures and accessibility problems.
• Resolve network tickets and perform root cause analyses.
• Support site surveys and engineering data calls.
