Job summary

CAC I International Inc is seeking a Network Operations – Tier 2 professional to support Enterprise Communications Services. You will coordinate with the Network Operations Center to resolve break/fix issues, perform IOS upgrades, and upgrade routing/switching equipment to ensure continuous enterprise operations.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph clearance, CCNA, and hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper devices, TACLANES, and STIG implementation across locations.

Qualifications

• IAT II (e.g., Security+)
• CCNA certification required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or ability to obtain one before start.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Cisco and Juniper devices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Network Operations Center to address break/fix, config updates, and scheduled changes.
• Perform IOS upgrades on routers and switches.
• Upgrade routing/switching equipment to ensure continued enterprise operations.
• Draft SOPs for network operations.
• Support site surveys and engineering data calls.
• Support new/enhanced network implementations and tech refresh projects.
• Perform network ticket resolution and root cause analyses.
• Review and implement STIGs.
