Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Network Administrator – Level 2 to support the ECS3 program, focusing on enterprise networks across multiple locations.

You will coordinate with NOC and staff to address break/fix, updates and upgrades for routers and switches, and contribute to engineering designs and SOPs. The role requires TS/SCI with poly, CCNA, and hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper devices and advanced routing protocols.

Qualifications

• IAT II and CCNA Certification.
• TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a CI poly.
• Familiarity with Cisco and Juniper network devices.
• Strong working knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, VRF, MPLS, 802.1x).
• In-depth knowledge of KG-175 TACLANES configuration, fault isolation, and firmware upgrade procedures.
• Working knowledge of Cisco-ISE.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Network Operations Center and other staff to address break/fix, configuration updates, moves, changes and installs for network routers and switches.
• Prepare technical resolution reports for critical outages in the network.
• Perform network changes (VLANs, ACLs, port assignments).
• Perform IOS upgrades to routers and switches.
• Manage routing/switching equipment upgrades to ensure enterprise operations.
• Draft SOPs for network operations.
• Resolve network issues and accessibility problems.
• Support site surveys and engineering data calls.
• Support new/enhanced network implementations and technical refresh projects.
• Work independently with limited supervision.
