Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with NOC to address break/fix and upgrades.
• Perform IOS upgrades on routers and switches.
• Draft SOPs for network operations and document changes.
• Resolve outages and incidents; perform root-cause analysis.
• Support site surveys and engineering data requests.
