Job summary

CAC I International Inc. is seeking a Team Lead for Network Operations – Tier 2 to guide a dedicated team across LAN/WAN/UC platforms. You will coordinate with the NOC, manage break/fix efforts, perform IOS upgrades, and drive network changes and upgrades to ensure enterprise service availability.

A strong background in routing and security is required. The role requires TS/SCI with poly and up to 10% travel across continental US.

Qualifications

• IAT II clearance or equivalent.
• CCNA certification and hands-on routing experience.
• 10+ years of network operations experience; bachelor’s degree may substitute 5 years.
• Familiarity with Cisco and Juniper devices and core routing protocols.
• Knowledge of KG-175 TACLANES and Cisco ISE.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 2 Network Operations team and coordinate with NOC.
• Perform network changes, upgrades, and troubleshooting across LAN/WAN/UC.
• Draft SOPs and perform incident analysis for outages.
• Coordinate root cause analyses and ticket resolutions.
• Support site surveys, engineering data calls, and new implementations.
