Job summary

CA C I? CACI is seeking a Team Lead for Network Operations – Tier 2 to oversee enterprise WAN/LAN support, config updates, and upgrades across multiple locations.

You will coordinate with the Network Operations Center and engineering staff to resolve break/fix issues and sustain smooth service delivery for our intel mission. Qualified candidates hold TS/SCI with poly (or ability to obtain), CCNA, Security+ IAT II, 10+ years of experience, and hands-on Cisco/Juniper, BGP/OSPF, and KG-175 TACLANES

Qualifications

• IAT II (Security+)
• CCNA
• Active TS/SCI with poly, or ability to obtain poly
• 10+ years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree may substitute for 5 years)
• Familiarity with Cisco and Juniper devices
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, VRF, MPLS, 802.1x)
• In-depth knowledge of KG-175 TACLANES configuration, fault isolation, and firmware upgrades
• Working knowledge of Cisco ISE

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Network Operations Center and staff to address break/fix, configuration updates, and upgrades
• Coordinate ticket acceptance and resolutions
• Develop technical resolution reports for critical outages in the network
• Perform network changes (VLAN, ACL, port assignment) and IOS upgrades on routers/switches
• Draft SOPs for network operations
• Resolve network failures and accessibility issues
• Support site surveys and engineering data calls
• Assist with new/enhanced network implementation and technical refresh projects
• Work independently with supervision as needed
• Remote locations: operate as independent engineering and problem-solving lead
