Job summary

Mission Support and Test Services seeks an IT Support Specialist II to provide intermediate-level technical support, manage identity access, and maintain end-user computing environments at our North Las Vegas facility.

You will handle Tier 2 escalation, administer Active Directory, oversee SOPs, and assist with security compliance while delivering strong customer service and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of hands-on desktop support or service desk experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows enterprise environments, networking basics, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical and desktop support for end-user devices and software.
• Administer user accounts and access rights in Active Directory; manage provisioning and deactivations.
• Maintain documentation repositories and SOPs; create knowledge base articles.
• Deliver user training and enablement on enterprise tools; communicate ticket status and resolutions.
• Ensure safety and quality standards per ESH&Q guidelines and participate in related programs.
