Job summary

Mission Support and Test Services, LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to deliver intermediate technical support and system administration for end-user computing. You will handle Tier 2 escalations, manage Active Directory workflows, and assist with SOPs, asset documentation, and cybersecurity compliance.

You will work at the Losee Road Facility in North Las Vegas, with a 4/10 schedule and potential after-hours work for critical tasks.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent with at least one year of related experience.
• 1–2 years hands-on desktop support, service desk, or IT customer service in an enterprise or regulated environment.
• Strong Windows enterprise experience, AD/AAD, and Microsoft 365 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 escalation support for desktop, software, and basic network issues.
• Administer Active Directory user lifecycle and access rights.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, OS, and peripherals.
• Develop SOPs and knowledge base articles; monitor endpoint health and cybersecurity policies.
• Collaborate across teams and communicate status to users and leadership.
• Support environmental, safety, health, and quality (ESHQ) standards in daily work.
