Job summary

Techfusion Inc. is seeking a motivated MSP-focused technician to join our team in Florida. You will own and resolve client issues across NOC, system and network administration, and implementation projects, with emphasis on Line of Business applications.

The role requires strong customer service, troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with Windows protocols, servers, networking, and security. A plus is familiarity with RMM tools and scripting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication over the phone.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with Windows protocols, servers, networking, firewalls and security protections.
• Experience with scripting: batch and PowerShell.
• Certifications such as MCSE, Azure, Office 365 are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically.
• Track customer issues and resolutions.
• Perform proactive and reactive services to ensure stability and compliance.
• Review customer environments to identify opportunities for improvement.
