Job summary

TeamLogic IT of Tarpon Springs is seeking a skilled MSP Level 2 Technician to support small and mid-sized businesses. You will own escalated tickets, perform advanced troubleshooting, and deliver onsite and remote support across the Tampa Bay area.

You’ll manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and security tooling, while mentoring Level 1 staff and helping automate workflows. This hybrid role offers growth and a strong service culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an MSP or equivalent IT support role.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune in multi-tenant contexts.
• Experience with RMM (NinjaRMM) and PSA/ticketing (Autotask).

Responsibilities

• Own escalated Level 1 tickets through resolution.
• Provide onsite and remote support for clients in Tampa Bay area.
• Mentor Level 1 staff and share knowledge.
• Document resolutions and maintain IT Glue/runbooks.
