Job summary

TeamLogic IT Of Tarpon Springs is seeking a skilled MSP Level 2 Technician to own escalated tickets, deliver onsite and remote support, and bolster automation and documentation for local SMB clients across the Tampa Bay area.

You’ll mentor Level 1 staff, troubleshoot Windows endpoints and servers, manage Entra ID/Intune, and contribute to security and network reliability. This hybrid role offers growth, a supportive team, and a path to advanced certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MSP or similar IT support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune in multi-tenant environments.
• Experience with RMM and PSA/ticketing systems (NinjaRMM and Autotask preferred).
• Valid driver’s license; onsite travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Accept and resolve escalated tickets from Level 1 technicians, owning from start to resolution.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Windows endpoints, servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, and hybrid identity.
• Provide timely onsite support at client locations across the Tampa Bay area.
• Mentor Level 1 staff, review tickets, and raise team capabilities.
