Enterfusion in Orlando, FL is seeking a skilled Tier 2 IT professional for a busy MSP environment. You’ll support clients, troubleshoot escalations, and work with Windows Server, networking, and virtualized server environments.

You’re proactive, capable of independent troubleshooting, and ready to participate in a mandatory on-call rotation. On-site work and collaboration with a driven team are part of the role.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years in IT support with Tier 2 responsibilities and MSP experience preferred.
• Strong networking skills: VLANs, DHCP, DNS, routing, switches, firewalls, VPNs.
• Hands-on with VMware/Hyper-V and Windows Server administration.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 and Entra ID; familiarity with Intune.
• Security-first mindset; follow best practices in patches, access, and configs.
• Ability to own escalations and troubleshoot complex issues independently.
• Proactive monitoring and problem-prevention across systems.
• Experience using PSA and RMM tools and communicating clearly with clients.

Mansioni

• Monitor and maintain client servers, networks, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Take ownership of Tier 1 escalations and drive issues to resolution.
• Collaborate on server deployments, migrations, and network upgrades.
• Administer Windows Server: AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, file services.
• Manage virtualized servers (VMware/Hyper‑V), storage, and virtual networking.
• Configure and troubleshoot networks: switches, VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs.
• Support Entra ID and Intune: user management, device access, security settings.
• Follow security best practices; patch management and least-privilege access.
• Use PSA/RMM to monitor systems, manage tickets, and document work.
• Perform routine maintenance and after-hours work as needed.
• Share knowledge with Tier 1, assist with challenging issues, improve docs.
