TeamLogic IT of Tarpon Springs seeks a skilled MSP Level 2 Technician to own escalated tickets, deliver onsite and remote support, and contribute to automation and documentation. You will maintain client environments and mentor Level 1 staff in a hybrid onsite/remote capacity across the Tampa Bay area.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in MSP settings with strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune experience, plus PowerShell scripting and NinjaRMM familiarity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an MSP or equivalent IT support environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune in a multi-tenant context.
• Experience with RMM platforms and PSA/ticketing systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for onsite travel.

Responsabilités

• Own escalated tickets from Level 1 to resolution.
• Provide onsite and remote support to client environments.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and client procedures in IT Glue/Hudu.
• Mentor Level 1 technicians and share knowledge to raise team capabilities.
• Configure and troubleshoot network services, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell) and use NinjaRMM for monitoring.
