Job summary

CubX Inc. is seeking an IT Support Engineer (Tier 2) to ensure seamless technology operations for clients nationwide.

The role starts remote and transitions to a full in-office setting in Phoenix, AZ, with a collaborative team that values proactive problem-solving and continuous learning. Key duties include managing Microsoft 365 environments, security/compliance, and end-user support across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, plus hands-on networking and Azure duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of MSP or Level 2 helpdesk experience.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Security & Compliance.
• Strong DNS/DHCP/VLAN/VPN/firewall troubleshooting with major vendors.
• Experience configuring Windows and macOS endpoints.
• Experience configuring SPF/DKIM/DMARC email authentication.
• Hands-on hardware and software support for PCs, printers, and peripherals.
• Experience using ITSM ticketing systems.
• Customer-facing IT support experience with business clients.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Available for after-hours/on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 helpdesk support for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Security & Compliance features.
• Configure networking components (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs) and firewall rules across major vendors.
• Manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Assist with Azure administration, including Azure AD, VMs, networking, and resource management.
• Configure email security protocols to protect against threats.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Maintain tickets, documentation, and client communications using ITSM tools.
• Participate in IT projects: installations, migrations, cloud deployments.
• Provide occasional after-hours/on-call support.
• Deliver client training on IT best practices and security.
• Proactively identify and remediate technical issues to enhance client satisfaction.
