Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Tier 2 IT engineer.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to clients.
• Experience with Office 365 administration.
• Networking experience.
• Printer troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Azure and Datto.
• MS-102 and MD-102 certifications are a bonus.
