Job summary

St. Charles Community College in Missouri seeks a full-time Tier 2 Technical Support Analyst to analyze software needs, ensure effective operation of audio-visuals for classrooms and events, and provide high-level instructional and technical support on the Dardenne Creek Campus and off-site locations.

You will meet with users to determine specifications, deploy software via SCCM, support staff and students, troubleshoot network and AV issues, document procedures, and train Tier 1 technicians to

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience deploying software via SCCM and basic hardware knowledge.
• Understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and permissions.
• Experience documenting SOPs and admin processes.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of network and physical security basics.

Responsibilities

• Meet with users to determine software configurations.
• Provide instructional and technical support for computers and AV.
• Analyze requirements and coordinate with vendors.
• Deploy images and manage software licensing.
• Set up, test and troubleshoot network connectivity.
• Train Tier 1 staff on technology.
• Maintain and operate AV equipment for campus events.
• Oversee TV Studio and classroom studio activities.
