Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners (MRP) seeks a Tier 2 Help Desk Technician for an on-site contract-to-hire role in the Phoenix, AZ area. You will support a Windows and VMware-based environment for a 350-user organization.

The role focuses on user provisioning, AD/Exchange, Office 365, Dynamics 365, SCCM, VPN, and endpoint management, with emphasis on troubleshooting and proactive support for local and remote staff.

Qualifications

• Experience administering AD and Azure AD.
• Hands-on with Office 365 and Dynamics 365.
• Experience with SCCM and Windows endpoints.
• Knowledge of Exchange and hybrid Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day systems administration and end-user support.
• Onboard/offboard users and manage access.
• Maintain endpoint environments and imaging of Windows devices.
• Support VPN connectivity, firewall and network issues.
• Work with IT leadership on infrastructure maintenance.
