Job summary

Pacific Office Automation Inc. is seeking a Tier 2 Helpdesk Technician to join our on-site team in Beaverton, OR or Phoenix, AZ. The role supports advanced endpoint, Microsoft 365, and security-related issues while collaborating with Tier 3 and engineering teams.

Based in Beaverton or Phoenix, you’ll cover Windows 10/11, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and hybrid Active Directory environments, with a focus on SLA adherence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Help Desk or Service Desk experience (MSP experience strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams).
• Experience with Active Directory and hybrid environments; familiarity with networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Tier 2 escalation point for service desk incidents and requests.
• Troubleshoot advanced endpoint, application, and connectivity issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams.
• Manage user access, identity, and security (MFA, conditional access).
• Diagnose and resolve Windows 10/11 and business applications issues.
• Support basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewall connectivity).
• Use RMM tools to monitor, maintain, and remediate endpoint health.
• Document all work clearly within ticketing systems; update client docs.
