Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Tier 2 Desktop Support Analyst to provide onsite and remote technical support for a large pharmacy operation and to assist corporate employees across multiple states. The role requires handling hardware such as PCs, monitors, printers, and barcode scanners, while managing IT inventory and asset lifecycles.

The position is onsite in Honolulu, HI with strong emphasis on customer service, escalation handling, and working with senior analysts to keep critical systems up

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Desktop Support / IT Support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting PCs, monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Experience supporting end users via phone, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Hardware deployment, inventory management, and asset tracking experience.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Honolulu, HI.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 desktop support for a specialty pharmacy operation.
• Support approximately 30 front-office associates including agents, pharmacists, and technicians.
• Troubleshoot PCs, monitors, keyboards, mice, scanners, printers, and pharmacy-related hardware.
• Maintain and track IT inventory and asset lifecycle management.
• Coordinate hardware disposals and inventory system updates.
• Support backend warehouse and dispensing operations where system uptime is critical.
• Respond to tickets submitted across a 13-state pharmacy region.
• Handle support requests through chat, phone calls, and ticket queues.
• Utilize remote support tools to assist users in multiple locations.
• Work closely with Associate Managers and Senior Analysts to resolve escalated issues.
• Ensure critical systems remain operational in a high-volume environment with strict productivity requirements.
