Job summary
Insight Global is seeking a Tier 2 Desktop Support Analyst for a leading healthcare organization. This onsite role provides both onsite and remote support for a large pharmacy operation and will support corporate employees across multiple states, with a primary focus in Tampa, FL.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of desktop support experience and is proficient at troubleshooting hardware such as PCs, monitors, barcode scanners, printers, and other peripherals.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Desktop Support / IT Support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for PCs, monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Experience supporting end users via phone, chat, and ticketing systems.
- On-site full-time work in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 desktop support for a specialty pharmacy operation.
- Support ~30 front-office associates including agents, pharmacists, and technicians.
- Troubleshoot hardware including PCs, monitors, printers, scanners, and barcode devices.
- Manage IT inventory, asset tracking, and lifecycle management.
- Coordinate hardware disposals and inventory system updates.
