Job summary

The position is contract to hire, onsite in Honolulu, with a pay range of $20.00–$28.00 per hour and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Previous help desk or desktop support experience.
• Hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, overtime, and on-call shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk and desktop support to end users
• Troubleshoot computer, printer, hardware, and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripheral devices
• Support users with technical issues in person and over the phone
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft Office environments
