Job summary

HNL Lab Medicine is seeking a skilled technical support specialist to maintain and enhance software infrastructure, applications, and devices. You will troubleshoot issues, triage requests, and coordinate resolutions while protecting patient information.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Information Science, or related field; or 1–2 years related experience.
Knowledge of healthcare operations and data structures is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end users, teams, clients, and vendors; troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Monitor requests through resolution and escalate when appropriate.
Maintain safety and confidentiality of patient information per regulations.
Triage issues, prioritize work by severity, and coordinate timely resolutions.
Assist with onboarding, training, and development of new hires and team members.
Participate in testing, implementation, and support for upgrades and vendor releases.
