People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Desktop Support / Touch Labor Technician (Tier 2-3) for Fort Hood, TX, and other ATEC sites. Requires SECRET clearance and interim SECRET prior to starting.

You will image, configure, and maintain end-user devices, while ensuring STIG-compliant security practices across multiple platforms. You will handle hardware, software deployments, and device relocations, supporting Windows, Linux, UNIX, macOS, iOS, and Android, with a focus on rapid, reliable

Qualifications

• Provide hands-on desktop, peripheral, and software support across ATEC locations.
• Image systems with OS baseline and perform data backup/recovery.
• Apply software/firmware updates and STIG settings using government tools.
• Coordinate vendor warranty repairs and report actions.
• Must have US citizenship and English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, monitors, printers, and multi-function devices.
• Image systems with current OS baseline and backup/restore data.
• Apply updates, patches, CVEs, and STIG settings using government tools.
• Deliver, pick up, and relocate end-user devices at service desk or user location.
• Support operating systems including Microsoft, Linux, UNIX, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Coordinate and verify vendor warranty repairs and report completed actions.
