Qualifications

• High school or equivalent with relevant certifications.
• Experience with Microsoft applications and AD/Exchange.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-1 IT support via phone, email, and chat.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software for desktops and laptops.
• Escalate unresolved issues to IT specialists and management.
• Administer Active Directory and Exchange accounts.
• Document issues, actions, and resolutions clearly.
• Maintain awareness of system changes and perform updates.
• Participate in after-hours support as needed.
