Zusammenfassung

Huron is seeking an IT Support Specialist, Tier 1, for 100% onsite work in Pensacola. You will provide technical support to employees across Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms, document steps in the ticketing system, and assist with ERP-related tasks.

The role requires strong customer service and the ability to work independently within established SLAs. Qualifications include an Associate degree in IT or related field, 1+ years of customer service, and preferred Microsoft IT certifications and

Qualifikationen

Associate degree in Information Technology or closely related field.
One or more years of Customer Service experience required.
Ability to diagnose and resolve issues on Windows, Mac and mobile platforms.
Relevant Microsoft IT certifications preferred.
Office 365 Admin experience preferred.

Aufgaben

Provide technical support to employees (onsite), diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Acknowledge, escalate, and resolve service requests following SLA.
Update IT ticketing system with customer interactions and steps taken.
Image Windows 11 laptops for break/fix scenarios (in-office).
Assist with ERP-related tasks such as entering time, expenses, and project details.
Develop professional working relationships with user community and colleagues.
