Huron is seeking an IT Support Specialist, Tier 1, to deliver frontline technical assistance to employees across office and mobile environments. This 100% onsite role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a focus on swift issue resolution and quality service.
The successful candidate will diagnose hardware and software problems on Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android devices, log incidents, and follow established SLAs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The IT Support Specialist, Tier 1 is responsible for providing technical support including acknowledging, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving entry level and advanced issues. Adhere to defined policies and operating procedures. Technical support is provided to Huron employees within offices as well as to a largely mobile workforce. The IT Support Specialist require a broad technical skillset, ability to function independently with little supervision.
